Universities often speak the language of justice, sustainability, and community engagement. But how do institutional research assumptions, funding structures, shifting project temporalities, and administrative forms limit the ability to support sustained, radical collaboration and transformation? This conversation brings together Kafi Dixon and Hanna Garth to reflect on the possibilities and constraints of food justice work in and around the university.
