The Center for Humanities at Tufts invites you to a special event on March 26th, featuring Dr. Areej Sabbagh-Khoury, a CHAT Fellow Alum, and Senior Lecturer at Hebrew University of Jerusalem. 

Dr. Areej Sabbagh-Khoury is a Palestinian sociologist, scholar, author, and educator. She is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Based on extensive empirical research in local colony and national archives, her recent book, Colonizing Palestine: The Zionist Left and the Making of the Palestinian Nakba, offers a microhistory of frontier interactions between Zionist settlers and indigenous Palestinians within the British imperial field.
